From the beginning, Acterra's vision has been to connect people with the land they love. So, the natural next step was connecting people with rental experiences in areas close to nature, like state/national parks and other rural areas.

About Acterra
Acterra Properties is a family-run business, founded in 2022 by David Acton, who currently lives in Utah with his wife Dee, and their two children. David and his family love to explore the nearby Wasatch and Uinta mountains, while sharing the area with visitors at their AirBnB, Twin Pines.
David was born and raised in Kentucky, and was blessed to live out in the country where he could explore the woods, fish, camp and ride his ATV for miles upon miles. This, combined with frequent trips out west, led to David's love for the outdoors.​ It is out of this love that Acterra was born - a way for David and Dee to help others connect with nature, while supporting their family and building a lasting legacy to pass on to their children.
